Simon Holroyd
Simon launched Holroyd Homes in 2010 and he enjoys the diverse nature of the career he has chosen. Meeting new people is top of the list of highlights when it comes to working with clients.
Away from the property world Simon enjoys spending quality time with his wife Elizabeth and their 3 children. He is a keen sports fan and coaches both of his son’s junior football teams. Any other spare time is spent travelling the country watching his daughter performing at various dance festivals.
Russell Newman
Russell joined the team in 2018 and he brings a degree of calmness to proceedings. His meticulous approach to the property market is an asset to the company and he loves working closely with clients helping them achieve their goals. He thoroughly enjoys the day-to-day challenges that managing property involves.
Russell lives locally with wife Abbie and their 2 cats. As a family they love to travel and are always keen to explore interesting cities across the globe.
Lucy Piper
Since joining the Holroyd Homes team Lucy has developed quite splendidly into an excellent Sales and Lettings agent. Lucy is a friendly voice on the phone and if she is not on viewings or on the phone she can often be seen under a pile of paper or surrounded by post-it notes! It’s an effective and efficient method of working.
Lucy lives in Haywards Heath and in her spare time she enjoys cooking and baking as well as socialising with friends and family.
Terry Coghlan
Terry is the steady head the company needs!
Offering a wealth of experience, Terry’s knowledge of the local area is second to none. There’s not much he doesn’t know about Mid Sussex; be it schools, local amenities, areas of interest etc.
Outside of business hours Terry spends much of his spare time with his family and is the proudest Grandpa to his adorable granddaughter.
Jack Savory
Jack has been working in the mortgage world since 2014 and started working alongside Simon and the team in 2016 having purchased his first home through Holroyd Homes earlier that year. Jack provides professional and friendly mortgage advice to first time buyers and homeowners alike and really enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals in purchasing their dream home.
Jack lives in Horsham with his partner Olivia, their two young children Jude & Savannah and their French Bulldog, Dolly. He enjoys days out with his family and playing all kinds of sports.
